The instructions
What every model was told
The same file and the same one-message task, for all five builds.
Word for word, the instruction file every model received, followed by the one-message task that pointed it at the brief. Nothing else was sent to any model: one instruction, one run, no follow-up.
Build brief, round three (identical for every run)
You are the designer, writer and front-end developer for a small business website. The client's creative brief is in the file named below. Read every word: the tutor, the course, the proof, the readers and their fears are the material this site is made from.
Use the Scrollcraft skill
Build the site with the Scrollcraft skill. Its instructions are in skill/scroll-craft/SKILL.md; read that file in full, and the references it tells you to read, then follow its workflow from Step 0 to Step 5.
- Creative authority is explicitly delegated to you. Do not interview anyone and do not ask questions: nobody will answer. Write your own
BRIEF.mdas the skill describes, markedSelf-authored under explicit creative delegation, taking every fact from the client's brief. - Workspace: the environment variable
SCROLLCRAFT_HOMEis already set to your own workspace. Name the buildget-better-answers, so the page lives at<workspace>/builds/get-better-answers/index.html. Your fingerprint registry starts empty. - Assets: the client supplied photographs in the
assets/folder (seeassets/README.md). Use only these. You may crop, grade, layer, scale and animate them, including turning a still into a short clip with ffmpeg. Do not generate, download or fetch any other imagery, and do not call kie.ai or any other image or video service. Where the design wants a photograph the client did not supply, draw a clearly labelled frame (for example "Photograph: Nell reading a run log") at the size and place the design intends; it will be filled later, the same way for every site. - Verification: run the skill's own checks (Step 5).
playwright-coreis already installed. Serve the page only on the port given in your task message, and stop the server when you are finished. - Do not edit the skill or its engine.
Rules
- One landing page,
index.html, with its CSS, the Scrollcraft engine files and the assets it uses, all inside the build folder, referenced by relative paths. - Web fonts from
https://fonts.bunny.netonly (same URL shape as Google Fonts). Never link Google Fonts. - Must work from 390px phone width to 1440px desktop: no sideways scrolling, readable text, real contrast (WCAG AA). With JavaScript off, or with reduced motion, the page must still read complete.
- Use the brief's facts, numbers and quotes freely. Do not add facts, prices, numbers, people, testimonials or quotes it does not contain.
- British English. No em dashes in copy.
- The site may talk about Claude, AI and prompting, because that is what the course teaches. Do not mention how this site was made.
Working rules
- Write ONLY inside your workspace. Read only this file, the client's brief,
assets/andskill/. Do not read any other folder in the bench (other outputs exist; looking at them would spoil the test). - Keep any temporary files inside a folder named
tmp-r3-<your workspace name>under the system temp directory, and never open a file you did not create. - When finished, reply with the skill's short report (grammar, signature move, journey, feeling curve and peak, what you verified), then the list of files written. Nothing else.
The task message
Each run received exactly this, with its own workspace name and port filled in.
Read these two files in full first: - "PROMPT.md" (your instructions, follow them exactly) - "brief-get-better-answers.md" (the client's creative brief) Your task: build the client's landing page with the Scrollcraft skill at "skill/scroll-craft/", using only the client's photographs in "assets/". Your workspace (write only here): "sites/<build>/". SCROLLCRAFT_HOME is set to it. The build is named get-better-answers. Your port for serving and checking the page: <port>. Do not read anything else under creative-bench-r3/ besides the two files above, the skill folder, the assets folder and your own workspace. Keep any screenshots or temporary files inside a folder named tmp-r3-<build> under the system temp directory, and never open a file you did not create.
The skill and the photographs
Every model used the same copy of Scrollcraft, the open-source (MIT) website skill by Nate Herk, github.com/nateherkai/scroll-craft. Every model received the same eight photographs of the tutor and her workroom, made before any build began.
All five models ran at high effort. The file paths were full paths on the build machine; they are shortened here.
