One cutting table. A suit of your own.
Tell Ruth
what you
do all day.
She’ll work out the suit. We’ve cut and made them by hand on Savile Row since 1921. You don’t need to arrive knowing the language.

Your first question
needn’t be
a clever one.
“You don’t need to know what you want. You need to know what you do all day. I’ll work out the rest.”Ruth Pellow, head cutter
Perhaps it’s a wedding. Perhaps you’ve saved for years. Perhaps you simply want a jacket that feels like yours.
Start with the questions you have. Including what it costs. A two-piece starts at £6,400. If a cloth changes the price, Ruth tells you before you choose it.

One dark grey suit.
Rather a lot of weddings.
He ordered it
to be buried in.
He paid in full. Then wore it to every wedding in his family instead.
In 2023, aged 91, he came back. We took out his old pattern, measured him again and made another. “For the actual funeral, the first one’s worn out.”

Yes, your pattern
is still downstairs.
Even after twenty years. We’ll start with it, plus whatever the twenty years added.
If you already have one of our suits, or have inherited one, ring us. Alterations are free for the life of the suit, whatever its age.
