Our story
In 1998, Iain took his redundancy from the yard and put it into a bike shop on Kilbowie Road. Not as a tribute to anything. It was a trade he knew, a town he knew, and a way to keep working with his hands.
Clydebank built ships. We build bikes. The standard is the same.
More than twenty-five years on, that is still the whole idea. A bike that leaves this shop has been assembled, checked and set up by a trained mechanic who will stand behind it. That goes for a commuter bike, a gravel build with a carefully chosen groupset, and a trike adjusted around a child until it fits.
Three specialisms, one shop floor, one standard.
Cytech-trained mechanics
Cytech is the bike industry’s recognised mechanic training. Nobody works on your bike in this shop without it, and that is not up for negotiation.
