Our grandfather bought this land in the 1970s. In 1982, Eduardo planted the first vines.Nuestro abuelo compró estas tierras en los años setenta. En 1982, Eduardo plantó las primeras vides.

Almost 7,000 feet up, near Cloudcroft in New Mexico’s Sacramento Mountains, we grow Tempranillo, Cabernet Franc and Riesling. They said New Mexico couldn’t make serious wine. Eduardo set out to prove otherwise. What began with those first vines in 1982 is now a family vineyard with three generations on the land.Decían que Nuevo México no podía hacer buen vino. Eduardo se propuso demostrar lo contrario. Our younger daughter leads production and winemaking. On limited dates, she also takes visitors through the vineyard and cellar.Nuestra hija menor dirige la producción y la elaboración de los vinos. En fechas limitadas, también acompaña a los visitantes por el viñedo y la bodega.
