Fifteen to twenty models, in a range of sizes and colours, chosen because they hold up to a Scottish commute. Every one is built and checked by a Cytech-trained mechanic before it leaves the shop.

Servicing and repairs
Here is what it costs. Here is how long it takes.
Every job is done by a Cytech-trained mechanic. Walk-ins are welcome for the quick stuff. For a full service, email and we will give you a slot.
Walk-ins welcome. Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 17:30, at 14 Kilbowie Road.
Cycle to Work
Get your bike through the Cycle to Work scheme.
If your employer runs the Cycle to Work scheme, you can use it on any bike in the Urban range and on the kit to go with it.
Pick your bike, get your certificate or voucher from your employer's scheme, and bring it to us. We will handle the paperwork at our end. If you are not sure what your workplace offers, ask them for their scheme provider and we will take it from there.

Delivery and collection
Collect from the shop, or we will bring it to you.
Collection
Anything, any time we are open. Come to 14 Kilbowie Road and we will hand it over, built and checked.
Accessories by post
Locks, lights, helmets, panniers and the rest are posted anywhere in the UK.
Complete bikes
Delivered locally, or collected from the shop. Further afield by arrangement, at extra cost. We will make that clear before you pay.
Councils and bulk orders
Fleets, hire schemes and council orders.
We supply bikes and kit in bulk for councils, hire schemes and workplaces, and we service them afterwards too. One local shop, Cytech-trained mechanics, and a straight answer on price and lead time.
