The tasting flightLa cata
Our standard tasting is a 45-minute flight in the tasting room: the Tempranillo, the Cabernet Franc, the Riesling and the sparkling that won silver, poured and talked through by Camila and the team. Seating is for about 30, so on weekends a booking is a good idea.

On occasional, limited dates our winemaker Lucia leads a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar herself. How we farm at altitude, what the altitude does to the fruit, and how the sparkling gets made. It ends, of course, with a glass.
